The VIP Warranty & Service Package

Service, repair, and maintenance of all residential heating and air conditioning systems included in this service contract. This includes:

1- Spring Maintenance Visit

1- Fall Maintenance Visit

1- Free Service Call Visit (One Per Year Per System)

*Additional service calls during normal business hours will require a $35 service call fee to be paid by the recipient. After hours service calls will require $70 service call fee to be paid by the recipient.

 In order for a system to be eligible for a warranty repair it must have been serviced or had maintenance performed at least once and has been continually covered under the provisions of this contract agreement for a minimum of two months unless the repair cost is less than $500.00... 

 In order to be eligible for equipment replacement, equipment has to have had a minimum of six months of consistent coverage and must have been serviced or had maintenance performed at least once since the signing date of this contract agreement.  All systems that have been deemed beyond economical repair by the Provider will be replaced with Bosch branded 15 Seer equipment which meets the minimum efficiency standards set forth by U.S. Government. **2500.oo Labor Charge is Required**

Two Systems:          $8599.00/yr.

Three Systems:       $1,199.00/yr.

One System:              $59.00/mo.

Two Systems:           $109.00/mo.

Three Systems:        $159.00/mo.
